The fifth building, Anatolia Seaside, is currently under active construction. Works are progressing at a dynamic pace, with completion scheduled on summer 2026. The Anatolia project follows a clearly defined development strategy. In autumn 2026, the developer plans to officially present the next phase of the complex and commence construction of two additional stages, named Anatolia Residence Building 1 and Building 2.
